Hello and welcome!
So you've replaced the screen but you cannot see anything on it now?
Sounds to me like either a faulty screen or a connection not seated correctly.
Also, please keep one thread per topic..multiple threads in different forums tend to lead to confusion;)

yes the worst thing is that my usb debug is off i cant turn it on cos my scrren is blank if i can turn the usb debug on then i can try flash it from pc but the most thing for me now is solution how is can get my usb debug on ?

I'm really highly doubting a rom flash is going to fix this.
Look at it this way (this is how I understand it)...
Your phone worked fine until,
Your screen got cracked.
You got the screen replaced.
Now the screen doesn't work
How would a rom flash fix that?

my phone works fine
and i got trhe screen broken
i just change the lcd but it shows colours as picture is here
i now ask the seller of the lcd
he said i should flah rom he give me link
ive downloaded it
as the screen is like this i cant eve flash via computer because
my phone is on usb debug off
i can only see th file on the phone while connect on pc but i cannot flash the rom or fast boot look the screen of the phone in this picture

if i can get this phone usb debug on i can use flash tools to try the worst is that the usb debug is of how do i put on??

You pretty-much need a screen to enable USB debugging or you have to have an unlocked bootloader and then use fastboot to flash an insecure boot image

I think you're getting the runaround from the seller re. needing to flash a ROM.

edit: if you're running a really old version of Android (2.3 or earlier), then there might be a way.

is android 4.2 what way ?? pleaSE

Since you're running a newer version of Android, then the special way does not apply (you would have needed to be running Android 2.3 or earlier), sorry.

You need to contact the seller to ask THEM how you can flash a ROM with a screen that is broken and USB debugging is turned off.

@funkylogik, it sounds like they have a "doogee dg 300" device which is a brand I'm sure most of us have never heard of.

@sunday123, even if you had USB debugging turned on, I'm not sure that would necessarily help you flash new ROM software...you'll need the manufacturers software for doing that and/or an unlocked bootloader and a proper ROM to flash.

You really need to find someone that knows your device and it's ROM flashing and/or recovery methods.

I wish we could help, but I'm not sure that USB debugging is even the key to fixing your device anyway...
