Help How to get my info (google account) off my rooted phone without unrooting?

Hello, I'm needing to get my info off my HTC Inspire 4G to sell it. But I'd like to leave it rooted with the Gingerbread OS on it. Can anyone give me a step by step on this please? Let me know if you need some more info on it. Thanks!!:)
 
you'll be fine if you do a factory/data reset. Good luck.
