How to Get Skype Working on Motion ?

Skype does not work on my Motion- texting on Skype ,yes, but no Audio or Video.

Also the Yahoo Messenger Plug In which is supposed to do Audio or Video Chat on

Messenger -no audio , no video.

Both Apps place audio or Video call and have nice graphics and rings and incoming

calls show the caller etc. but no audio, no video.

What the Skype is going on ?

Like ordering a Pizza and getting only the box.

Mine works but audio is very low, have to put the phone to my ear to listen the other person

Works fine for me too, but yea, audio is using call volume instead of media volume... :/ Very low since I'm on CM10. I use headphones and it's fine.

I believe it has much to do with rooting... same thing happened to mine. the work around is to force close skype. then with earphones plugged in, start the skype app and use headphones or after the call has started then you may unplug your headphones

I'm on stock rooted and the audio.stinks but I now use the hangout app that replaced gtalk. satistfies me
