Two questions.
1. How do I install a back up of a ROM.

2. Can I back up a rom and install it on another phone same brand?
EX: LG Esteem with LG Esteem?

Thanks in advance.

Yes you can use ur back up rom on another phone, only on a lg esteem :)
How to restore your back ups, if u backed up your rom with rom manager you can restore it from there, you also can restore any of your back ups you made from recovery mode.

Thank you so much, If its not too much to ask, can you tell me where is the file stored?

Backups are stored in the clock work mod folder on your internal or external sd.

Also when I make my backups, which is a lot, I rename them specific to what I have installed. Just having the time and date isn't good enough for me cause I can't remember based off that.

But if you do rename them, make sure you don't have any spaces in the name, you will get a check sum error.
I name mine like this

6.1.2012.ZVD.#2.ICS.BLITZ

The date, the firmware but only of you switch between a lot or have backups from other firms, the rom, the theme, the kernel if you flashed a different one.

That way if I install a tweak or another kernel I will know which backup has what inside of it. Makes life easier when you backup a lot.
