How to keep Sync on for Gmail....??

Is there a way to to keep the sync always on for Gmail email app ??

Many times i've noticed i haven't got my emails because the Accounts/Sync box is not checked.

Sync should stay on by itself. I'm not sure why yours is going off. I don't know if it will help but you can try going to settings>applications and clear data and cache for the gmail app.
