Help How to kill qslide?

This is on the metro version.

1. In the toggle menu, swipe to the left till you see the edit icon.
2. Press the edit icon and in the top right corner, you will see a "+" symbol.
3.Press "+" and you can enable/disable toggles.

If by default you don't see the qslide toggle, enable it by doing the steps listed above. Once the qslide toggle has been added, toggle off the qslide bar and then remove the icon.

Yeah, I want to completely remove the qslide from both my f3 and l9
It looks like I must get it rooted first, oh well.

can someone edit the Metro F3 SystemUI to remove the quick settings and qslide like they did in the VM version.

You can remove qslide through the quick settings

Can you do it on the Virgin Mobile phones? If so, how?

When I go to "Edit" and uncheck all the check boxes, it still leaves a space for Qslide in the notification area with an "Edit" Icon.

Not sure about the VM version, I have the metro one.

I rooted & removed it already, but you could try going into Settings -> Apps -> All Apps, find QSlide, tap it, and a 'disable' button should be there.
