Root How to move contacts etc... from a backup ROM to a new flashed ROM

Hello. I backed up my ROM using ROM Manager. I then flashed CM7. Now, is there a way to import all my contacts from that backup?

Your contacts are saved by google. When you sign into the market your contacts will reappear.

I would suggest NOT using Rom manager. It's buggy and causes a lot of people problems. You should learn to do things manually in recovery.
I would also suggest switching your recovery to Amon ra for the same reasons.

Yes please ditch ROM Manager. It is very buggy and we have had to help several people out of tight spots because of it. Also ROM Manager wont help if your phone cant boot up. Recovery is the best way to do it all anyways.
