how to pull contacts from a nandroid backup???

So my zte is messed up for now n I'm takin it back to where I bought it to see if they can fix it some how. But I wud like to know if I cud pull my contact info from the nandroid backup I did with the phn bcuz my dumb ass never synced it with google
So I'm using my prevail for now

Yeah just export the contacts and import them into the new device

That'll only work if i ever import the contacts to to my sdcard. Cnt Do that if the phn dnt even leave the bootscreen . But i already fixed my phn. I got my contacts the hard Way by askin ppl for their # lol

sync em with you gmail and you wont ever have to worry about em.
