Help How to reinstall OS...

After a couple hard resets and stuff my girlfriends phone is still losing its scences... Goes blank. Only home pic...

I updated and reinstalled the OS on my blackberry a few times, wonder if its possible on this or if its a tech nightmare....

Run the RUU update to go back to factory setup.

download and run it from your PC..

be aware, all data will be wiped and the phone will be like it just came out of the box

I have uninstalled my os on the lg vortex running on the verizon network. please tell me how to reinstall the os. I am so upset I have paid to much money for this phone and messed it up. please help me.

guyss...i need some serious help.!!!
im havin a samsung captivate(i897)...froyo in it..
till yesterday it was working fine..
and today morning itz been shut down...
while i try to restart it...it gets stuck at the galaxy s animation screen...
and the screen goes dead...and the phone goes vibrating every 3-4 seconds...
i dont know why this happened..
is there anyway to can get my phone working?
