Help how to remove a video

i click on gallery, then the video but no options come up, i click on menue etc nada

Are you rooted?
if so use your file explorer, I have root explorer, and browse to it and delete it that way.
Or if its on your sd card, which I would think it is, plug in usb to computer and delete with your computer

im not rooted and i did use usb no find it

where is it located?

pics and video's go to the sd card if you plug into the computer and use it as mass storage you should be able to look at all your files and folders using windows explorer, the normal way you look at everything on your computer.
