Root How To: Remove SenseUI and Enable JIT

i did have a rubber case on mine. It did seem to hold some extra heat when charging. 806 is legit as hell, but like i said, I ran 768 without problem for quite awhile, then the phone just gave up. Not to scare anyone, but after that happened I don't wanna see anyone have to deal with what I did

droidkevlar, quick question for you: do you use a silicone case or anything on your phone (my black silicone case really seems to hold the heat in (of course))?

Just curious...I don't see too many folks that overclock w/values above 710MHz talk about the environment in which their phone normally "lives" (I know Caddyman posted that he's got a mini fan on his desk and I know other folks have modded their cases (cut holes to expose the batteries a little and put pennies on their batteries to act as heat sinks)).

No case on mine. Only a screen protector. When I do heavy use and its hot in the car, Ill put the phone up to the AC but that has only happ'd a few times. I guess I am lucky.

Is anyone else having alot of FC's and problems with the Pandora app and widget?

Edit:

I found that changing the dalvik heapsize back to 24 has solved the FC problems on pandora radio. It has been running for a few songs now and no hiccups
