For updated version, I don't know man..this method works perfect on last update that we all have now.
n just for my info, did u flashed varun's boot.img on your updated device???because u should not..n without patched boot.img, UnlockRoot or SuperOneClick not gonna work for sure.that is even the case with our version if we have stock boot.img.
We need newer files like boot.img, system.img, recovery.img to work upon.
Try this to back up your rom so we can get those files. Smartphone Reviews: Creating a ROM dump of your MT65x3 device

Great...its nice to hear that the method worked..i m happy to help.
I will update the link for patched boot.img with init.d support..just in few moments..
EDIT:
Updated link for patched boot.img for mito898 device, now with init.d support...added to 1st post.
I have found easiest and proper way to root A75 Superfone Lite.I have successfully rooted my A75 by this method which was on stock rom only.
This method also works for mito898 device which is indonesian clone of A75.mito898 users can find unsecure boot.img with init.d support for their device at the end of this post.
This guide is for those who want to have their own custom stock rom like me.
You have choice of custom pre-rooted rom like UB roms...I liked rom but the problem was we can't use spared system storage of about 73mb to add apps.Apps added to /system/app/ don't showed up after reboot.
Beauty of this rooting method is you can add apps to /system/app/ later n they will showed up next time after reboot.
There is no guaranty that this will work so giving it "BETA" tag but it worked for me so it should work for others too.
Thanks to members vkrajuu and sansingal for testing and reporting this method as WORKING.
FOR MICROMAX A75 DEVICE:
Requirements:
1. Drivers installed on system, both specific drivers n ADB drivers (here)
2. Unsecured boot.img: here (Credits- varun.chitre15)
3. UnlockRoot: here (Credits- Respective developer)
You may also try SuperOneClick if u prefer it.I used UnlockRoot.
Method:
1. Flash downloaded modded boot.img to device.
- U must know by the time how to flash A75 using SPFlashTool (See Here for Info or here)
- Put newer boot.img replacing existing one
- Tick only BOOT (boot.img)
- Download
- Let it finish.
2. Power on device.
3. Enable USB Debugging.
- Settings > Application tab > Applications > Development > USB Debugging
4. Install UnlockRoot in pc
5. Attach device in debugging mode to pc.
6. Now Run UnlockRoot program and click Root button
7. Confirm online device Micromax A75 in the list which pop-up.
8. Let in finish the procedure and Restart device.(I manually restarted device)
Viola...A75 is rooted in simplest n proper way.
UnlockRoot does not install Busybox on device so after u rooted the device install busybox to work with many root apps.Search Play Store for Busybox Installer by Jrummy.
FOR MITO898 DEVICE:
Unsecure boot.img with init.d support for mito898 device (indonesian clone of A75): mito898-boot.img
I have tried this method but it dint work and i rooted my phone with UB-1, I used JET MOD, Speria ROMs but still not satisfied with any one as if i dint got that 73mb free space after rooting nor after using any ROM so could you please help0 me in getting that free space as if i have a long list of apps what i use regularly so have to download them and when i do so the memory runs out so please help me in getting that memory free.
THANK YOU...
I m not satisfied doesnt means that the work what Devs are doing is not good its excellent as cos of them we are able to taste some good features and have tried our skills of experiment with the phone so
HATS OFF to all the DEVs...
keep this forum updated with something new everyday as many like me just peep in to check may be today we will have some thing which we are waiting for...
U mean that mmx new version correct. So what I have to do, do I need to flash with that folder while untick preloder and download n then have to root by this method. And after rooting if I get that free space then can I use JET MOD n that free space ll be still there or not.
Don't be a naive though. I have not only uninstalled the stock apps but i have also recovered the valuable space that have been leftover after uninstalling and I have been able to install the google apps updates by utilizing the recovered space. I have also been able to manually run supercharger script trick on my phone. The phone has become blazingly fast. Also the battery life has also considerably improved. I can bet that it is no less than the UB Rom. Even one more thing i would point out is that in the UB-1 Rom i was not been able to use the firewall as it crashes on start. Hence stock rooted rom is far better in terms of speed, stability and battery life.
Could you explain how do you free the spared space and how did you perform super charger trick as I also rooted my phone by this method but dint know what to do next. I even dont know how to use titanium back so please explain in.

Well, I installed titanium backup and then uninstalled the apps which i do not use (teen patti, TOI etc, themes etc).
Then i downloaded the updates of various google apps from ******.com. and manually updated each of the apps and by using "link2Sd" i have integrated the apps into the rom and was able to free up a lot of space. I also used link 2 SD to install the other big apps and was able to free up even more space. (My phone memory is 100 MB free even after installing apps). Alternatively one can go to applications tabs and then select each application manually and then move to SD card.
Regarding the super charger script, plz visit the following URLs:
[TUTORIAL] How to instal V6 SuperCharger - xda-developers
Remember that supercharger is not a miracle. One should not install applications and widgets recklessly as this is the only sure-shot method to keep your phone giving good performance.
I hope u have got the answer of your question.
One thing i would suggest is that every body who has rooted the phone should install a better launcher than the stock launcher. i have my self installed the default gingerbread launcher on my phone. (First install the default gingerbread launcher and without pressing back key go to link2 sd and convert the launcher to system app. Exit link 2 SD and press home key and select "launcher" as default. Now using titanium backup uninstall the stock launcher and reboot and then apply the supercharger and make the launcher bullet proof. Do not make any change in min free values as it is not going to have any special effect upon perforamance.)

Can anyone let me know what is this ADB as if i have installed all the drivers provided by Ninad and the other drivers like MMX one also and had rooted my phone but when i have called the service center to check for updates they said they have some updates so to get them i have flashed my phone with the MMX new version stock dump and now my phone is like how i have got it from the mobile store so now i can go to service center and get the updates.
They said it will done in 15 to 20mins so will be going there by evening to get it done and after that i want to try to get the stock dump of new updates for that when i checked the Android Fourum i found some links to "Creating a ROM dump of your MT65x3 device" this is the link
and when i am trying this it says that 'adb' is not recognized as an internal or external command i am providing the screen shot of that so have a look at that also.
So now to get the latest updates stock dump i might be needing ADB to be installed on my Windows 7 64bit computer and for that i have searched the web and got many links by which i am confused so i request all of you to provide me some direct link from where i can download the ADB and get the Stock ROM dump so that all of us can have the updates and the Devs can get something new to work on.
PLEASE PROVIDE THE DIRECT LINK FOR ADB AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Thats because may be u haven't installed Android SDK which has ADB n other tools.
I have made a MiniSDK n using the same on my Win7 64bit machine so it should also work for u.
Download from below link.
And if u have installed SDK(but i don't think so according to ur post), then u get that error because u have not set environment variable for ADB path.So simple is to add the path to env.variable or in command prompt, go to ADB directory n then apply ADB commands.
e.g. if ADB is in C:\SDK\adb.exe then path on ur command prompt should be C:\SDK\
And prerequisite for working of SDK n ADB is Java, so first install JDK (Google it) form Oracle n then extract MiniSDK by me n use ADB.
