Root How to stop being throttle step by step

i dont know about the cache business but i have read about ( and personally experienced ) that not only does deleting the folder not work, it gives throttle right away. see above post. as always let me know if you get it figured out

your not supposed to delete the folder.your supposed to remove whats in the folder and set the folder to r only.russelvone was telling me how to do it and said when you get the message after youve done folder that way you delete message right away boot into recovery and wipe davik and normal cache because the message sends the throttle data stuck in there.after you do this and reboot you should not be throttled.i think the key is to not to go over the limit and wait for the message so you can delete wipe cache and then be fine whitch makes since.i was already over the limit when i did mine so im sure thats why it didnt work
