Help HTC Clock/Weather Widget Not Displaying Information.

Okay, so this has never happened to me before and I have had my Sprint HTC Hero for almost a year now. My default HTC Weather and Clock widget no longer shows me information on the current weather or temperatures. It just shows a blank under the clock on the widget itself. If I tap the widget it shows the forecast for the following days on the bottom normally, but only a 0
 
This is definitely not just you. This also just started happening to me tonight. The weather widget is not working. It shows the clock with the HTC Sense weather/clock widget, but no weather, and the real weather screen shows 0 degrees as well. Just got to wait it out... It's them, not us.
 
I'm having the same problem. It just started tonight. I love this widget, and never realized how much I relied upon it....until this happened. Hope they get it working again soon.
 
Same prob here. Maybe there's an update for it! lol I keep telling myself that, hoping they'll fix crap that keeps breaking on this phone. Wishful thinking I guess
 
I am having the same problem on my Incredible and am so relived to see this thread is actually from today! I don't feel so alone! Haha. I have a modded clock widget so I thought it might be that, but this is a relief that it is across the board. Hopefully it is back up soon!
 
it seems to be a HTC Sence thing because the verizon incredible guys are also saying the same thing so its not carrier specific
 
Same thing happening for me on my Sprint Hero. I noticed that a friend had the same on his Verizon (some Android phone). For me it affects my current location. If I add my city manually it displays correctly. I've tried removing and re-adding the widget as well as rebooting.

So on the weather widget it does show if I swipe to my city but not on the default. On the time/weather widget it is still blank where the weather info should show up.
 
Yep. Having the same problem on my Evo- I tried clearing the data and rebooting and that didn't work either. Glad to see it's not just me. I guess we'll wait it out. Hopefully they fix it soon.
 
Same thing happening on my myTouch Slide in SC. Started after 10p. Everytime I go to the widget & scroll up, HTC Sense always force closes. But its only my current location that's acting crappy tonight.
 
Same here on my DINC, but I never relied on the the default weather since its always off 8-12 degrees. I liked the animation however, so hopefully its being ported to a more accurate weather site, not accuweather.

i would say that this is about the same time my app went down on my sprint hero. its done it randomly before but turning it on and off fixed it... this time no go I miss the snow and wiper when i turn my phone on:(:(:(
 
Not so funny at the time but guess it is now. I just got a droid inc and just got thru the process of rooting it, installing a rom, theme, and a custom clock skin for the htc clock. I thought I had messed something up or something went quirky in the process. So I restored my back up and redid the whole rom, theme, and installing my apps again. Though when I restored and reinstalled everything was working fine only to lose it again like 30 min later. Would've be nice of them to let us know something?

Though I have beautiful widgets now... guess I could use it as back up or something.
