Could you possibly expand on this? The more details the better chance somebody will be able to help. Status of your phone? Doing anything to it which could lead to something like this? Etc.

On the "report" in post 5 it says Desire-HD-easy-radio-S-Off-tool, or something like that.

You're absolutely certain you didn't use something for the Desire HD..?

Please answer SUroot's questions. What did you actually do to the phone? Not some windows log, but what tools did you attempt to use, in what order? And what RUU is it that you tried to run?

As Flumme has spotted, it's not clear that you've used the correct tools for this phone. We need to know what you've actually done.
 
That's a Vodafone UK software version - why try to install that?

And did all of your problems started when you tried to run an RUU with that software version? Or was there anything else you did? And why did you do it, what was the state of the phone before?

Also, user data? That's one thing an RUU doesn't include (it wipes user data). So I don't understand that bit.

Can you still get into fastboot (boot while pressing "back" button). If so you can try a different RUU, but I'd like to understand the status better before suggesting that.

In order for anyone to help you, you need to say what you did in what order and what you want to achieve.

Any number of things could result in your phone being in the state it's in. Each different thing needs a different method to fix. The way you got to be where you are will tell us the way to go back.

If you are unable or unwilling to provide the answers to the above questions, there is no way to help you.

contact vodaphone or HTC. if you havent rooted they can support you
clearly you do not know what you are doing and cannot explain what you are doing (possible language barrier)
there is no point continuing as we clearly dont understand what you have done and you cannot explain it

there isnt one
there are different RUU for different network providers
where did you get your desire from.
if you got it in india you need an htc inda RUU
you may well need to contact htc to get this fixed.
you didnt s-off or root using desire method. you used desire HD method which will fail.

you need the right RUU for your device, i would suggest you.
 
If you are trying to show us what your Hboot says, have you remembered to remove any file on the SD card called PB99IMG.zip? Otherwise any time you press power+ volume down the zip file will try to flash.

But I basically agree with Rasta, this might be a question for HTC.

as for RUU looks like you have use this already. try and run it again
the 2.3.3 RUU
shipped roms is down so you cannot get it from there until tomorrow for the blackout.
