Help HTC Desire home screen

Hi folks
Brand new HTC Desire owner (24 hours). Loving it...
One small issue. The display bar at the bottom of the home screen (housing the app, phone and personalize buttons) has changed from that cool curve to an ugly block and I can't work out how to change it back. Any help would be very much appreciated.

The only block shaped dock I have seen is on the Sense coming with the Desire HD or on alternative launchers.

You definitely have the standard desire? Did you instal an alternative launcher / home replacement? Could do with some details. Picture preferably.
