HTC Desire- platform customization

Hi All,

I have a HTC desire and I want to disable all applications on the device.
My requirement is that I will have a custom application which I will launch on start-up and no other application will be visible or can be launched. Not even th launcher screen

If anybody has any idea please help

Do you mean to say that changes are needed in the framework?
What I understood is that I will have to compile the whole android source code with my application included and remove other application and then I will require to flash the binary into the device?
