htc desire

hi all total noob here just got me a htc desire loving it the only prob is i cant get my talktalk email setup read some of the forums but a bit confused
can someone simplify it all for me and fill in the blanks plz

its set for pop

email address and password i assume thats my talktalk email/password

incoming

username ?

password ?

pop server ?

security ?

server port ?

and the settings for outgoing would be fantastic im on orange network

also anything else you can recommend like apps/widgets ect
