Yeah it really does scratch up easy, I haven't even gotten my phone yet and the case is already slightly scratched from taking it out of the box. Also it is going to dd a bit of bulk, overall the feel and look is really good.
 
Anyone played with a Case-Mate Tough Case yet? It looks good except that I haven't seen any forum posts [or website posts anywhere] about it.

I had the Active before I installed an extended battery & door.

Loved it, didn't add much to its bulk and allowed easy removal from pants and still be grippy to hold.
 
Ok guys my wife needs a new case for her Incredible. She is pretty rough on her phones, so does that mean just get an Otterbox? Or is there something else I should consider?

Otterbox is probably the strongest case fwiw though I never had any complaints with the seidio i used to use
