Help HTC Evo active syn with Microsoft 365 problem

Has anyone succesfully used active sync with htc evo and microsoft 365? I keep getting a security certificate warning. How can I fix this?
 
Never used the sync myself I keep a lot of stuff on the cloud. Really think it's better that way. No computer needed
