Help Htc Evo error

When someone sends me a picture, or a forward with a picture in it, I always get an error message that says could not be delivered, even though I get the picture...why the false error...any help would be greatly appreciated

has stopped unexpectedly.

Are you on wifi when this happens?

Nope just on the sprint network, I am not sure if it does that when on wifi or not

same thing happens when I am on wifi too, I just checked

it's going to take some searching, but someone posted this a while back. I don't recall what they found the issue to be.

there seems to a couple fixes in this thread that has worked for some. Anywhere from seeing if there are blank messages trying to be sent, to going under settings> language>select language>English, and there's always the factory reset.

Best I could find that had all the "fixes" in one thread. Hopefully something in there works for ya.
