Root HTC Evo V 4G Root and Boot loop

Hi all,

I rooted my phone successfully and installed Harmonia 3.15 tweaked on it. I decided to try my hand at controlbear and during the wire trick process I got stuck in a boot loop. The program kept saying it couldn't find the device anymore. I've got the HTC drivers installed and the device manager says all's well. Problem is, whatever recovery was on my SD card is no longer there to boot into. I went into twrp and formatted the /sdcard and /sd-ext. No change and my computer still doesn't let me drag and drop items into sd card nor will it mount through twrp (I also get error: vfat file type unsupported after I formatted). From what I've read, an RUU is my best option. Which one would you all recommend based on this noob's explanation?
