While watching video through internet sources the video is suddenly pixelated like crazy...one day great and now $hit....service center can't figure it out...I have updated all flash etc, etc. This is also happening on video through wifes EVO 3d! We have unlimited data so it isn't a connectivity or throttling or service issue. Does this pertain to the switch to html5 somehow!??!??? I am at the end of the road here! If the service people don't k.ow what the Hell can I do?

Welcome aboard.
Have you guys try resetting the devices. If this doesn't work, then there might be some connectivity problems going on. Even if you are seeing full 3g/4g bars, doesn't mean its connecting - even on WiFi.
You might need to get the phones replaced.

Also....these phones were purchased 9 months apart so hers is newer than mine....strange that both phones have the same problem.....that is why I wondered if this.is an html5 issue with how.video is being relayed via these websites.....after fully updating flash problem was still present

how strong is your 3g signal when watching videos? for me bad reception videos never look really good and they are slow. not sure if that is the issue or not. and have you updated your prl and profile? try that if you have not and see if that helps.
