Hi I am a OLD SPRINT MOGUL kind of guy but new to Android phones. I just bought a EVO 4G with the HTC white screen. On the display after you press the volume down and power > Supersonic EVt2-3 ship S-off HBOOT-2.10.0001 MICROP-041F RADIO-2.15.00.11.19 . What are the steps to get this brick unbricked

Welcome to the forums!!! :)

I wouldn't panic, thats common with a rooted phone. The S-Off indicates that the bootloader or "hboot" has the security turned off, so most liikely it has a custom recovery as well. :)

Could you please boot to the bootloader and wait for a few seconds until the scan for the PC36Img completes, then use the volume down key to highlight the recovery option then hit the power button to select.

Type what you see when the phone loads. Hopefully you already have a custom recovery and we can move on from there.

Also you could create a thread in the "All Things Root" forum so the rooted users can lend you a hand in getting your phone functioning properly. :)

have you tried reinstalling a custom recovery? go here and download the one named PC36IMG.zip, move it to the root of your sdcard (and make sure it is named exactly PC36IMG.zip, not PC36IMG.zip.zip or something) and reboot your phone. when it reads your sdcard it will see the zip and ask if you want to update. say yes, let it do its thing and then try to get into your recovery again

I tried that the phone just goes to the white screen

So when you select recovery you get the white screen that has htc EVO 4G, and it never loads your recovery?

Does the phone boot up when you power it on normally?

Try to load Amon-Ra recovery from the link Jack posted above. If that doesn't work, we'll try to run a RUU and try to get you booted up that way.
