HTC Hero bluetooth (Sprint)

Hi,
I have an HTC Hero with Sprint service. Can't seem yo pair up my cell with my HP Pavil/ion or my car or my ear phone it anything. I'm.am very frustrated! Of anyone can help, please post it and send me an email @.sandmstan@yahoo.com. I have a Bluetooth icon that only turns on & off. Any help would be appreciated. Thx, Stan

More details. Are you going into wireless settings, bluetooth, bluetooth settings, the options of your particular device, make sure it's set how you want?

I have a bluetooth headset, and it's kind of annoying how everytime I want to use them I have to go tell the phone that I want it to send media audio out through the headphones.
