Help Htc hub

Newbie
Having trouble signing in to the HTC hub, Who would I call for that kind of help or support? Virgin or HTC?

Another thing is that I go to this site (https://www.htcsense.com/)
and 1 out of 6 trys im abel to sign in but as soon as I go some where on the site it shows the sign in button again.
I hope im realy not missing much by not being abel to sign in and I hope that all of the apps on the hub are in the google android market. As for wallpaper and sounds, I think nothing beats Zedge for them type of things.
Are there any differance between skins and scenes?
sorry for so many questions but I thought Ide ask cause it all had to do with the hub, and it bothers me that I cant acess it. Other than that my phone is perfect 10/10

In the same boat here. I would suspect that everybody would discover that they are as well. I get a service maintenance error when I try to get on the site. Will have to test on my HTC tablet once it charges up to see if the issue is not just limited to this phone. Also I would CALL htc, since their email support sucks

Im happy to say after trying to sign in to HTC hub about 80 times in the past 2 days I finnaly was just abel to sign in, Now Im a happy camper with no problems at all with my phone, from activation to present now my phone is 100% problem free other than no 4g at my house.

I guess there was maintenance on the servers. Both my tablet and evo are connected to sense now without issue
