HTC mail widget acting up

Just in the last few days my HTC mail widget is acting strange. First, the notifications are not showing up for account "a" in the notification panel any more (even though in settings notification is turned on.)I get a notification for account "b" but not "a". but when I scroll to the mail widget, the mail does update with new messages. Then when I click on the left side of the button at the bottom that opens up the inbox, I get the error force close dialog but when I click force close, the dialog just goes away and my mail widget is still there - then I can click the lower left button and it brings up the mail like it should. very strange.

Happen to anyone else?

I have not had this happen as of yet. Seems like an annoyance I bet. What you can do is contact Google about your issue and HTC and see what they say about it. If you are daring, you can do a Hard Reset and see if that corrects your problem. It also, can be downloaded Applications on your phone messing with your HTC Mail client.
