Help HTC one build quality

I did a factory reset as well as put it in "safe mode". Apparently my friend has had the same issue with his HTC one M7. I talked to HTC about repairing it, but i have yet to get a response. Either way I have only had it for 7 months so it should be under warranty, if not, I might get the S5 in three months when I can renew.
 
Guys I need help. What will I do with this one? Tried using super glue as you can see it's all dirty looking, but it fell off again.
