That's good news. I was wondering what the holdup was for the Android 5.1 update on my M8.

HTC has announced an August update for the M8 and has repeated that's coming.

No where did they announce that they weren't rolling out 5.1.

They did say that they weren't going from 5.0.1 to 5.0.2 beyond those that already have it, leading to speculation that the August update will be Sense 7 and 5.1.

All I can hope for is that Verizon lets HTC push it out to it's users before HTC goes bankrupt!

Received software update 4.25.771.6 yesterday morning, which looks as if it was Android 5.0.2 and contains bug fixes and has also reinstated my missing HTC SDK API level which has gone from "Unknown" to "6.55" - this disappeared on the last update 5.0.1.
