HTC search widget

[boilerhouse]

Hello

Just a small but irratating problem that happens when I enter any search word into HTC search widget, the page always opens to http://mobile.orange.fr/0/visiteur/ etc.....the page wants username and password.....
I am on Orange UK, and have looked over settings but cannot as yet see where this can be resolved.
All browsers work perfectly as they should, all except this app.

Anyone else had this problem?
Thank you for any assistance - regards - Boilerhouse

the page wants username and password.....

Enter "User" as the username and "Pass" as the password. Once you've done this does it still occur?

Slug,

Thank you for your reply, I had never thought of trying what you suggested and was quite hopeful. Regrettably it did not work on User/Pass or user/pass but refreshes the page and empties the input fields as failed user entry. Damn.

Thank you for trying Slug. Cannot fathom out where to change this.
