Help HTC Sensation, do or don't?

I really can't decide for myself, so I'm asking you guys
should I buy the HTC Sensation?
I currently am in possession of a Motorola Milestone (European Moto Droid), and I'm getting a new phone in a week or 2. The HTC Sensation looks really awesome, but there are a few things that concern me.
I heard there is only little RAM (about 180Mb) free, will I notice?
Also, I heard that the touchscreen goes irresponsive after about a week, is this true? and if so, can it be fixed (for free ofcourse)?
And benchmarks prove that the Samsung Galaxy S II is WAY faster
will I notice this, or is she just too fast anyway?
So is this really great for the next 1-1,5years, or should I wait for a better/buy a diffrent phone?

Update:
I did some research and decided I want an HTC Dual core phone
So now its either the Sensation or the EVO 3D
The EVO 3D is faster and 3D, but wont come to Holland until August
The Sensation is already available, but a it slower
Now I don't care much for 3D, so the logical thing to do is get a Sensation
But there seems to be a big issue with the touchscreen (it will go irrisponsive after about a week). I don't know howmany phones have this problem, and if it only occurs in the USA or worldwide? And perhaps it could be fixed with an update?
So, wait or don't wait?

Do it, its an awesome phone. RAM isn't an issue. As for the SGS2 being better, it's down to the way the CPU is used. Apparently, the Sensation one only kicks in when needed whereas the SGS2 is constantly dual-core, hence the higher quadrant scores

Not had any screen lag either so all in all a great handset

Pros and cons to each (I have both).

If you tell us which experiences are important to you in a handset I can advise you better of which to get (I'm doing a comparison review at Clove Technology’s Blog at the moment, first pieces going up over the next few days, may be helpful to you, also my Twitter feed with the same user name has lots of stuff about the Sensation).

If those are the important things then you want a Galaxy S II I'm afraid. Its bootloader is unlocked and Root is available, along with lots of custom ROMs already. Its gaming pedigree is also better since Root is available and CF3D lets you run almost every game thats not meant to be compatible (the Adreno GPU in the Sensation has problems with Unity games and really needs Root). These will come in time to the Sensation as HTC have said they will unlock the bootloaders, but no timeframe on that. As it stands at this moment the SGSII is clearly the right phone for your needs of these two handsets.
