Help Htc sensation help! Locations / navigation

Hi everyone, i have a HTC Sensation, its bog standard from the box, ive had it about 6 months and i have all the usual downloaded apps people get.

NOW, recently there was a locations update so i thought what the hell let it update, since then, everytime i charge my phone, either locations pops up, or navigation pops up or it goes into dock mode or desk mode, now i have no idea why its doing this i thought i may have a virus but avg free app tells me its clean, its really starting to pee me off now so im hoping someone out there can help me.

and for the record i have cleaned the ports of the phone and charger and reset about 50 times, and also cleared data.

Do you have "Car Panel" on your phone? If so, go into it's settings and see if there's an option checked to autostart or similar.

i only have locations, navigation and google maps

If cleaning the phone's microUSB socket doesn't solve your problem you might try the free app 'Dock No-Op'.
