Yea that right the lil ol prepaid carrier beating out the likes of tmo, att, and sprint in 4g n 3g coverage My jaw dropped when I seen it too

true everyone except metro and verizon is struggling and squirming like crazy to regain some market. for me its either verizon or metro and i would buy a 600 dollar phone on metro i dont mind at all. i been comparing carriers for the past year and havent been sold on any of them

If I had a money tree, I might by a $600 phone. However, I'm struggling with bills like so many others, and could not afford such a phone. Besides, the 4G service in my town is horrible, less than .5 mb download in my area (SUCKS!!!!)

They said the same thing about the Attain. Attain was code name for the SII and everyone started talking about Metro getting the SII ......the Attain is far far far from the SII

I know this is off from what the subject is now =p:: but i think sense uses an extra UI file that other phones dont use (com.htc.resources.apk) so the esteems OS would have to be modified to use this properly. Big time stuff...but didnt someone on here drop a link for sense,launcher? Also i thought i heard a rumor awhile back that t-mobile was wanting to buy metro pcs...if that happened we def would get some awesome phones that is if they stayed metro...

hows that??? tmo has jack for good phones, not to mention Metro has tmo beat to death in coverage area. I think you heard a rumor, I think it would be the other way around lol
Lol no, you're actually back on topic. And yes, sense requires a bunch of framework files. Also I just realized the op wanted to port sense 4.0. Now that would be incredibly difficult to port since sense 4.0 runs on top of android 4.0. All this with all the sense components and files being closed source. And it wasn't a legit sense launcher that was dropped, it was a themed launcher

Dont get me wrong though, I LOVE Metro PCS and I dont want anything that might jack up the pricing. I heard it on cnet (i think it was a rumor that the were in talks about doing it)...idk how long ago (maybe a some odd months ago) i cant remember. T-mobile has some htc's lol thats really all i can think of everyone talks so great about g1 (I know thats an ancient phone) etc i dont really know...i think metro piggys verizons towers anyways might just be for roaming...i guess i meant to say could open doors for more phones by adding manufacturers.
