Help HTC sync problems

Hey Forum!

I recently purchased a HTC Wildfire. Im having trouble syncing it to the 'HTC Sync' program on my PC (it comes up as no device connected). The instructions say that on my phone i am to select the 'HTC Sync' option for the usb connection to work, on the display my phone does not feature this option (photo shows the option missing) and therefore i cannot sync it to the PC. Please help!

Well im not to sure on your problem but i have and idea, at the top behind the image it says 'USB debugging connected' try turning that of and see if it works by following these steps:
Menu>Settings>Applications>Development>'Untick USB debugging'
