Help Huawei Ascend USB Problem.

Hey guys recently I have been trying to flash my phone to 2.2. The problem is in order to do that, I have to put the Android 2.2 Zip file into the SD card folder, and Clock-Work mod. I have been plugging my USB to my phone and into the computer, but for some unknown reason my computer doesn't recognize my phone or show anything. If you guys can please help that would be really wonderful. I'm on Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit.

use a card reader to copy the 2.2 files...

as for cwm...

you need the drivers for the phone. a dialogue box should have shown up when you initially plugged your phone in.

idk where to find them, but if i come across them i'll let you know.

I can't believe why can't I just plug my phone on my computer and, show the stupid android phone. So I can put the Android CM6 Cynogen mod.

I'm using Windows 7 32 bit also. I'm not on my computer right now so I can't give you specifics, but check your autoplay settings (I forget how it comes up though). I'll check as soon as I can, but it's going to be a day or two.

in your predicament a card reader is your best n quickest bet. Mine worked fine going from 2.1 to CM7.
