Hulu Works!!!

V Cast is pretty much the same thing as the hulu app but for Verizon phones. It has all the same shows mostly and even posts episodes faster. For instance, Monday's episode of lie to me is already on V Cast. Unfortunately, like the hulu app, V Cast is also $10/month.

There has to be a way to spoof the player version and type. If not regularly then with root. The internet cant probe your device. It relies on info the device volunteers.

Browser spoof is easy. Flash version spoof is not.

Thats just it, froyo enables full version flash. Theres nothing in the version number to indicate mobile device. I doubt it gets more info than that and user agent string, so on a platform with apps, it should be a cinch, unlike on a ps3 etc where users have no options.

No way. There's going to be an android specific versioning. It's not like they take the windows desktop binary and just put in on an Android device. It's its whole separate development branch and version. "Full version flash" just means all features of the desktop version are supported in the mobile version but believe me, the mobile flash version, full or lite, distinguishes it self. That's why Skyfire can't play hulu even though it fully spoofs the browser user-agent.

One of my employees has an iPhone and he downloaded Hulu today. He said there's some free content on it, but certainly not as much as the site itself.
