Root I am new and need some help

Hi I just got the evo n I got a system update and now can not root my phone I tried all the o e click root it did not work all I get is a error saying main version is older iam not shout what to do any more can some o e plzz help me out... Thx every one you all rock

You can pray the Rom developers find a root hack for the new update because as of now you can no longer root your phone.
