i cannot transfer my picture through usb conector

i took a picture with my cherry mobile tablet, but i cannot transfer it to my loptop through usb connector,
 
Hello, and welcome to Android Forums!Have you made sure that you have the drivers installed on your laptop for the tablet? You should be able to connect the tablet to the laptop and make sure you are in internet connection,and android debugging is on,or try the usb mass storage,if you still can not get the tablet and laptop to connect,you can email yourself the pics to get them on to laptop,or they are apps in the playstore that will allow you to transfer pics,files,etc to the laptop_(wifi file transfer).
