Hello and welcome to the forum McBunnz - thanks for joining!!
I am not familiar with your phone, but can try and help you get on the right track.
Could you let us know which guide you were following to root/S-Off? You say your phone won't work... do you mean it is stuck in a boot loop? Are you able to get in to hboot (turn the phone off - take the battery out if needed - then turn on while holding the power down) - could you let us know what info is in there?
When you go to HBoot, what info is displayed?
EDIT - don't worry about your English... it's fine!!![]()
Sorry for taking so long to reply - I was in work earlier and had a few things to do when I got in!
If you select recovery, what does your phone do?

Have spoken to Scotty, one of the other guides, who has helped get the info.
Download either of these (both are custom recoveries) and check that the MD5 sum is correct and rename it to "PCM10IMG". Put the renamed file on the root of your SD card (not in any folders). Next, boot into HBOOT and the phone should just see it as an update file and do it's thing. This will install the custom recovery.
Before you flash a ROM, could you let us know your carrier/region?
Do you know what your build number was prior to rooting?
Cheers,

in much rarer occasion,if youre using someting other than windows,or just have your PC set differently, naming PC10IMG may result in it just being named "PC10IMG" with no file ext. so if thats the case, you will need to name it "PC10IMG.zip"

just a couple of things to check:
1)that the sd is formated FAT32. this is a must! if its plain FAT,or anything else,PC10IMG will be invisible. if you find a format other than FAT32,youll need to back up the SD and reformat it.
2)make sure its named correctly. the phone must see "PC10IMG.zip",so if you are using windows, wich likes to automatically add and hide the file extention, then you just need to rename to "PC10IMG" as manually adding the .zip, and calling the file "PC10IMG.zp" results in the actual name being "PC10IMG.zip.zip"in much rarer occasion,if youre using someting other than windows,or just have your PC set differently, naming PC10IMG may result in it just being named "PC10IMG" with no file ext. so if thats the case, you will need to name it "PC10IMG.zip"
you also do need to use capital letters, and that is a number 1,not a capital "I",and a number zero, and not a capital "O",for the third and fourth digits. it may be obvious that the characters are, ands im not trying to insult you, just relaying some things ive seen trip folks up.
id be willing to bet the sd format is whats tripping you up,but check out thise 2 things and see if it wont flash for you then![]()
try naming the file with and without the zip.
if the sd is FAT 32,and youre not putting PC10IMG inside a file, then the name is the only thing that can be wrong

If you head here and follow the download link in post 3.
You are downloading RCMix Energised - this is a Gingerbread custom ROM that is Sense based. You can always look at changing the ROM later... just trying to make sure that I get you a working phone first
Remove the PC10IMG from your SD card and put the ROM on the root of the SD card. Next, boot in to HBOOT and select recovery - this should take you in to the recovery menu of the custom recovery you just flashed. Depending which recovery you have, you should have to use the volume keys to navigate the menu and power button to select the options.
Let me know how you get on and what is on the screen when you're in the recovery menu.

Right... using the volume keys to navigate, go to performs wipes (data/factory reset and Wipe Cache Partition) - don't really have to do this at the moment, but best to get in to good habbits
Next, navigate to Install ZIP from SD card and then search for the ROM you put on there, using power to select again.
Let the recovery do it's thing and flash the ROM and reboot system.
This should then take you in to the new ROM. First time can take a little longer - don't worry... if it doesn't boot, you can pull the battery and power on after a 10 secs or so.
Lemme know how you get on![]()
Did you install the ZIP from the SD card? If so, then reboot system![]()
But when i start it up. I'm getting first the htc welcomescreen and than a blackscreen. This is maybe cause it wasn't the good rom?
