Totally unbaised... name one phone, OS or even carrier that doesn't have issues. On a side note, 3G vs 4G wouldn't make any difference for messages. To me it all boils down to, do you like the phone?

Unfortunately I don’t have the luxury of using a phone because I like it. My phone is used for business purposes. How it handles sending and receiving calls, emails, and text’s along with data connections for business and mapping apps takes priority. Plain and simple the phone has to connect and work. And the GN (and Verizon) is failing on these fronts.
The cost to have a 4G phone is to have not great data for about 3 months. The phones radios just need to be tweaked...
EVERYONE complained about the Thunderbolts battery and how 3-4G hand offs totally sucked. That got progressively better as new radios were released. Stick it out
No offense but you wanted it put on the line. A newer phone is not good for critical business. Every single one of them have issues or all these forums wouldn't exist.
