i need serious help!!! bad issue

The screen on my phone is all messed up. The rotation of it. If I hold it straight up and down it turns sideways and for me to get it back to normal i have to turn it really far.(way past straight up and down) Kinda hard to explain lol.

Hopefully u guys understand me. Is there a way to fix this? Please help!!

(Ive taken out the battery by the way and that didnt help)
 
Why kind of game are you dropping 200 on????

It possibly could be your orientation sensor. Which if it is, is hardware which nothing you do with fix it. But since it is a hardware (if it is the case) issue return it to 100% stock and Metro/LG have to replace it with or with out insurance. Hardware is underr theyre limited warranty
 
im not sure how to exactly unroot it though. will a factory reset un-root the phone. im not very familiar with rooting, i somehow managed to do it though.

and the game was rage of bahamut ;)
 
im also having a hard time trying to remove the sd card. the sd card door points up as if to push it upwards,but its not coming.
 
No, factory reset will not unroot it. Also, all your purchased apps will remain yours. You will just have to download them, but you don't have to pay for the apps again.
You don't need to remove SD card.
Try this: Settings-> Privacy-> Factory data reset.
If this doesn't help, you probably have some hardware issue.
 
Yes it is and its outdated :D

Use the lg update tool to update to the latest software and it'll wipe literally everything off. Root, recovery,apps, everything and return you too 100% stock. May even fix your issue

Do this! If it doesn't help, it is a hardware issue. Unlike reset, this will unroot your phone as well.

will i still be able to download my games for free?(the ones i already purchased)
 
im so mad..i did that whole setup thing,erased everyting,and it still is messing up... Its so annoying when it turns by itself if i dont hold it perfectly straight ><

anymore ideas?i erased everything including the sd card.
 
Download and install anycut from google play. Open it and choose new shortcut. Choose activity then scroll all the down and choose motion sensor calibration. Pick yes to put it on your homescreen. Open the motion sensor calibration from your home screen and follow the directions. Good luck.

the only anycut things i see are icon packs? and they cost .99 cents each. is that what your talking about?
