*By the way, my phone won't update ANY kind of PC36IMG, my PC won't let me open my sdcard, nor it won't pass the white htc evo 4g screen and last but not least, it wont run any zip file on my other sdcards...

the ruu should work for you. however, you need to get s-on as well. the ruu wil not unroot you. it will only get you back to stock with rom and recovery.
and as for your issue with the PC36IMG file make sure that you have it named correctly. it needs to be PC36IMG. do not add an extra zip to the name as windows hides extensions. also make that you have the file on your sd card. it cannot be in any folder. it just needs to be on the card.
if those two things are done correctly then hboot should see it.
