Root i tried.but ics wins

I tried hangin around but the connect connected to a wall on a bad day .so later, cause sadly the $50 motion is 100 times better than my $300 connect ever was.wanted the spirit but im poor now
 
I really like my connect even though it is gingerbread 2.3 for the following reasons:
call quality
display
speed
Prior to this phone i owned LG Optimus LGMS690 and The Connect is 100 x better.I know there are better phones out there but with Metro my monthly payment with family plan comes to $45.00 a month per line (3 lines) and i paid $249.00 for the phone not even a year ago thats a lot of money to
me and now the team is working on new better rom so yeah me and the connect are going to be together for a long time

You and me both :D I still have my OM.. Can't part with my first Android LOL. Can't really agree with every reason for your Connect love, I'm sold on the display alone. I also own a Motion, bone stock, no root and the damn thing will swallow up my rooted, stripped Connect, even with a custom OC'd kernel. I'm kinda disappointed with that alone, and believe the Connect is VERY capable of matched or better performance than a stock Motion, too bad every official build of GB is junk that does absolutely no justice for our $250 phones :D

Yeah, that's ^^^ why I haven't thrown mine at a wall yet LOL.
 
hey i was die hard this one,i mean i had 2,but accidents happened and i cant afford another one.and i think motion is as close to jb as this lone,unless something new happened in last day or so.anyways not hating i loved this phone ,but ics now>jb sometime
