quick easy question.. if someone wanted to turn off sense.. what is the launcher that plain android uses?
You can always use another launcher. There are a few available on the Google Play store. Currently I'm using SPB Shell 3D. I JUST love the fact that I can view all screens in landscape. ":)"

I guess I'll sail that boat alone. One thing I've learned over the years of getting updates, is that no matter how long of a wait there is - there will always be an update for that sometime soon. So, for me (that is) i would rather get it now _ and bring on the bugs fixes ASAP. But hey, that's just me. #^_^#

You know, we're gonna get ICS and then in a few months Jelly Bean is going to be announced and the wait will begin again lol... So Rush Lindsay is right! =)

Well i don't know. Virgin mobile makes up a good chunk for Sprint. Look they brought back the original EVO for virgin and i believe it is getting ics as well with the 3.6 sense

its not the original EVO, its the EVO3D with a different name...and it has ICS 4.0 and Sense 3.6 out of the box...

Its frustrating that the Virgin Mobile version already has ICS and Sprint won't release it for its version. I suspect it has a lot to do with the sales of the Evo LTE. I also wouldn't be surprised if saw the ICS update come out in mid-July or so.

I've given up on hopes of ICS coming to my E3D before my upgrade kicks in on the 18th. Hopefully not too much longer for the SG3.

I went ahead and pre-ordered the GS3 but I'm getting a little frustrated with Sprint also. I was really hoping to have ICS on this phone long before I get my new phone. This is just not right of Sprint. They need to remember that not everyone is able to upgrade. They should do their best to make tihem feel as if Sprint has not forgotten about them.

Sprint and HTC both said June/July timeframe...but then they also went ahead and said it could still take up to 45 days after the "official release" before you get the OTA update...I'm sure HTC will allow you to do the update yourself by using Sync and directly plugging your phone into your computer like they've done before...so that really gives a timeframe of anywhere between June to about the end of September (to get the OTA update)...

Not for me, I have had ICS for a while now, you will love it once you guys finally get it. ;)
