ICS anyone?

I'm not sure I want to buy it right now but I got a buddy that works for public and if i can get my hands on a cwm recovery img for this device i can make it happen without buying it... or a stock recovery.img could work too.. i need adb thats it...
 
Laptop with adb tools. Pm me and I'll give you the commands ;)
 
I know the commands but they require root from within the rom which i can't get away with if i'm not gonna buy it... but if i have a adb recovery i can boot it with fastboot and then pull the partitions from the phone without flashing or rooting... thats my plan...unless you know of a way to pull partitions without root...
 
I've pulled /system on a zte w/o root before. We want the libs from it lol
 
Zte has that pretty locked down now. They used to have the updates available for download with out the handset update tool
 
So, I've got root and ICS might be interesting... Anyone here need anything? I know it's been a while since this was posted but yeah.
