Go to the htcdev site and go to downloads. select Incredible S, the region is NAM (Canada) and version is 4.0, leave carrier blank. Download the file that the search gives you and there you have it! Make sure you follow the instructions carefully and make sure you do a backup, then you'll finally have the much desired ICS update us Virgin and Bell customers have been waiting for!
 
I was a little skeptical about this at first, but I went ahead and installed it anyways, and I'm glad I did. It seems to work really well. In general, it seems like the phone runs a lot faster than before, and it appears to run smoother as well. So far so good :D
