ICS Battery usage. Better or worse?

It seems that ICS is a battery hog compared to 2.3.6.
So far, with little usage I only got 11h from full to 5%.

On 2.3.6 I got from 16, to 20h with moderate use.

Will do another test tomorrow.

Anyone else with some figures?

I just opened another post with similar issue. Much worse than before, I use to have a full day of work without charging, and since ICS I had to recharge at work. It's only one day of use, and it is really bad...

Im getting good results. Off the charger for about 10.5 hours and Im at 68%.

30 minutes of phone calls
10 minutes of video's
Work push email all day (50 recieved, 20 sent)
Gmail all day
10 text messages
Light internet browsing

Im using the 2000 MAH extended battery though.

I downloaded and installed 4.0.3 from Samsung two days ago. It is death on batteries. Gingerbread was bad, but ICS is much, much worse. I think the d2 has some design/power architecture problems since mine is only a few months old and has had its innards replaced once because the original was using up two fully charged batteries in 2 hours total. My guess is that's why we are seeing the S3 press, because Samsung has no idea how to fix the S2s.
