Root ICS/CM9 ghost voicemail fix

dont know if anyone has seen this but im gunna give it a try and post to see if itll work with any of the ICS roms we have for our evos

alright worked perfectly
the only problem now is incoming calls the ring at the bottom is cut out a bit.

im using gummy ics and the voicemail doesnt pop up in manage apps so i did that step in titanium.

also if your using amon ra you have to fix permissions through root explorer

but no more voicemail icon
