Root ICS/CM9-JB/CM10 Development Thread

I flashed back to zv4 stock, then the installer picked it up just fine and I'm back on the boost baseband, thanks guys.

On that note, mms still fcs on me the same as when i was on zvc. Before, i got mms messages just fine though. Now i had a friend send me one about fifteen minutes ago and still haven't even gotten it despite us texting each other this whole time. We'll see how it pans out i suppose.

Monster, the roaming indicator fix worked perfectly for me as well.

Blood, this kernal seems to be working great it actually seems to scale right on smartassV2 and it feels like I've had some extra battery life because of it.

All in all, i love having ics on this phone, this thing is a speedy little beast now. A big thanks to all of you for everything you are doing!

Hey Bloodawn I got the vendor zvc sources checked into github.com/thebigq in the omap3 kernel. Do you want to clone that and send a pull request or would you rather I gave you commit access?

I don't know bro, I'm a github noob. I've never really done much with it other then uploading shit to my repo or looking at other peoples.

I'll be uploading it to my repo later tho, you can do what you need with it.

I noticed something a few nights ago but didn't think much of it cause of past experience with cyanogen mods, anyway the phone powers up from a powered off state when connected to an charger (which isn't uncommon for cm) but when you connect a charger to the phone while its powered up and attempt to shut it down the device just reboots. My phone has been on since alpha one's release lol.

off topic question, but is there anyway to keep the light blue on the four buttons? and would that be part of the kernel or done as a apk..

I should get that fixed eventually. It's kind of a low priority. I don't know about you, but I want my phone in service always, even when it's charging.

I don't have Bloodawn's changes in yet. So you'll need to have him mirror the kernel for you.
