I updated my galaxy note to ICS, yesterday. But while recording video, I`m hearing a very irritating sound. Anybody tell me how to solve this problem?

Hey all, I've recently upgraded to ics but encountered a few bugs -
1. The navigation app flickers and struggles to upload itself whilst driving
2. Voice talk no longer works
3. I sometimes loos the option to change words in Skype
4.general gitteryness (excuse the made up word but you know what I mean
)
Had anyone else encountered these problem and how do I fix? Things ran a lot better with ginger bread with no issues...
